About Loopring
Loopring is an open-sourced token exchange protocol for decentralized exchanges. The protocol operates on three different blockchains; namely Ethereum, Neo, and Qtum. It is an 'automated execution system' that facilitates trade across different cryptocurrency exchanges. Loopring trades are done via a set of smart contracts that are open and free and can be used by Decentralized Applications (dApps). The Loopring protocol project is being governed by Loopring Foundation, a non-profit organization located in Shanghai, China.
